-Nerf aura spark
-Slow down ki regen
-More characters
-Fix lag online

Of course then people would actually play and I couldnt pretend to be a pro anymore.

Hmm...reintroduce the Ki Baseline system, for starters. Reintroduce correct damage scaling as well.

Actually I see nothing wrong with a next gen B3/IW..if it ain't broke don't fix it. If BL2 does make an appearance.

Make sure fatigue doesn't fill to fast.
Bring back the ki system so ki management isn't automatic.
Nerf Aura Spark a bit.
Tone up the combo system(I hear its dumbed down)
All useful Buu Saga characters.
Add, Garlic Jr(yes him, he would have some interesting moves, they could probably introduce attack throws into the game for the first time using his large form), add Slug(normal form only), give Cooler his first HD appearance, Bojack, Janemba(same as Cooler) & Future Gohan.
& for God sakes add some mechanics from tekken like more grabs, counters & such geez, a lot of DBZ characters are probably beyond black belt level, make it seem that way, it is getting old seeing a titan like Broly using kick combos like Goku, give him some slams & grabs.

Sori, i took screenshots of combos and it takes AT LEAST 25 hits BEFORE dmg scaling kicks in. I'll make a short video.

Lol, well, that proves my point. 25 hits until it starts to scale is 24 hits off from what it should be. Pretty much every fighter starts scaling at the second hit. You can check my videos too if you'd like. First hit is 100% and second hit goes to like 97% and then it decreases somewhat exponentially. I could probably try and find an actual equation to the scaling.

Yeah, BL's scaling is really off. Ultimates doing normal damage even after 15 hits is really stupid.

Steve, normal throws are near useless for a good deal of the cast because of their properties. They're easily stuffed by regular hits, have incredibly short range, and do not do much damage at all. They'd have to fix it before they decide to add anymore.

Yeah, of course there aren't infinites. SBAR doesn't have infinites as well, but, damage scaling is always needed. You know yourself how much damage small combos do in BL...taking out 3 bars of health in one small combo? That's like...wow, no balanced xD.

Those combos I execute SPIRIT EVOLUTION! (for those of you who get the reference LOL) are everything except "small". You realize I do ALL the chains in BL and then connect the HARDEST connection (BB) to do a 3400 dmg combo.

Same with Piccolo. I use all his chains except for one because it's near impossible to land online.

and yet I have no concept of how easily i can lose to ^E how nobody any good actually plays BL because it sucks so hardcore with its broken defensive system and I actually think doing combos have the time under lag is a skill.Maybe i should brag about playing with a broken controller too

Lol, there you go again, missing my point. I said that the combos are small...as in like 15 hits, and then they end up doing massive damage. I wasn't even mentioning your skill. So, don't go feeling like you were insulted >__>.

Pretty sure you were referring to my skill seeing how I AM the only one who can perform such combos online. And you probably are right. If I tried, I could probably find 15 hit combos that do over 2000 dmg with most characters and maybe even 3000 with some.

You saw SJ2's video. 48 hits 6666 dmg while some combos were 63 dmg and only 6000 dmg. Scaling only makes a difference after you pass the 30-40 mark in BL.

Apparently I think my exhibition combo ability against fucking rookies and the matches going either way because of lag makes me as good as the people that have actually proved themselves time and time again.I guess Ill continue to contribute nothing anyways

I think you're really not getting the point. He's saying the scaling is too low. Meaning that combos need to scale more. Pretty much that combos should do less damage overall. But regardless, who knows what kind of scaling they should have. If you have to change the game into something completely different, chances are it's just not that good to begin with.

Oooh, yeah. We definately need dmg scaling.I always lose to noobs who can barely combo because AS SS HS >E-/\E does 1600 dmg. LOL
