hmm...really early to release an add-on capcom lol...seems to be the trend for games nowadays


but im interested to see what they do...the ultra system..the chars...

A years isn't early, not for 8 added characters, new ultras, stages, online features, and tweak gameplay.

Also its not an add-on and it won't be full retail price

For fighters, it ain't really surprising because Capcom always did this and same as Arcsys. Though, it pisses me off cause I always end up wasting money on a game that's gonna be obsolete in a year or less >_>.

hasnt even been a year since console release..same thing happened to tekken 6..and is happening to blazblue.

Yes it hasn't been a year since console release, but SSF4 wont be here till Spring 2010 which then it will have been a year.

Yeah, It's gonna be in Q1 of the new year. So, that's from Janurary to March. Same goes for Blazblue: Continuum Shift.

Yeah, Capcom's been doing this for years. It's not a trend at all. The same goes with Namco and ArcSys.

But anyway, I'm definitely looking forward to this game. T.Hawk will rape you fools. >:]

I'll be too busy with White Knight Chronicles, Bioshock 2, Star Ocean 4, God of War 3, Dante's Inferno(depending on glitchs), Fallout 3 DLC, Dragon Age:Origins Awakening Return to Ostagar, and Final Fantasy XIII to really give a shit bout this, yes I would buy FFXIII before SSF4. Kingdom Hearts:Birth By Sleep comes out liek a few weeks after that too so I'd also get that before I would SSF4 <<

And when the living fuck is Dragon Quest IX gonna get a US release date fuckin' S-E.

SSF4 gets my full attention in April.

Yea this expansion to SF4 seems really great, I'm actually quite interested in the online modes. I sure wouldn't mind doing that endless battle mode.

Plus I want to use so many characters in that game.

That'd be awesome if Ken gets better in SSF4. I like his new ultra looks pretty nice.

Apparently, Ken gets hadouken xx FADC > ultra...which is kinda funny. I'd rather see him get crazy kicks and a knee bash command instead.

I'd rather see his EX Tatsu get +1 frame advantage on hit, f.mk with +1 on block, Fierce SRK with actual priority, and his standing roundhouse distance animation have better start-up and safety on block.

Oh well.

Yeah, his EX Tatsu getting a +1 frame advantage would make the world of a difference. Just enough to add in a poke combo. Though, that might make his combos ridiculously long. You do like a c.lp, c.lk, c.lp, c.mk xx EX Tatsu and then repeat. Actually, maybe you can't combo...depends on how fast his lp or lk comes out. If it comes out at 1 frame, that'd be intense.

His shorts and jabs come out anywhere between 3 to 5 frames. The +1 FAV after his tatsu would still lose to DP's if he pokes but it'd be good enough to where he could pressure a block string afterward and go for kara throw mixup / w/e.

Increase Ken's fucking walk speed, it's sad when he is the rushdown shoto and akuma and ryu walk faster than him.
