Auraburst rush for any character most out prioritizes any smash, and death moves but doesnt work on ultimate moves.
Using ki blasts for a juggle started is good to use if your characters S starters aren't good. Or if you are from a distance you could use a ki blast to start a juggle.
Using smash attack cance at the right timel when a person TC will put your opponent in a bad spot and you can proceed to start a combo.
If your character has bad S starters and you have no ki for TCing then get some distance from your opponent and try to get some ki. Use blow away moves like a DM or sumthin.
Using Aura burst rush is a good way to break away from an opponent in a tough situation. If your opponent is going to use a S starter combo with ultra priority you could use this technique and then proceed to use a DM.
Some Ultimate moves like trunks, piccolo, android 18 etc, nullify almost any moves except other ultimate moves. Ultimate moves like trunks, piccolo, android 18 etc, could be used to beat godly S starters.

Gogeta is a pretty good character. His RRRR chain is pretty fast so you could put you opponent into a stun before he could counter with an S chain. His big bang kamehameha is good becuase it hits opponents that try to side fly/step. His >E attack is great because it nullify S chains and DMs. His >>R attack is good to continue a juggle combo. For example, you could use a ki blast from a distance then dash towards the opponent with >>R. His S starters aren't that great to start a combo... but they could still be used to knock an opponent away.

I'd put Gogeta somewhere in the Upper Middle Tier.

One more question, why did you and so many others drop this game? If it's because you didn't have enough help, I'd be willing to help. After Nnamz first list, everyone just kinda left...

Re: SBAR Advanced Tactics Topic
I think that many people didn't have much competition to fight against so they got bored. However, a select few used Xlink Kai so it kept the game a little bit alive. But soon people people stopped playing on Xlink so the game died a little more.. Also, people moved on to other games becuase they aren't loyal enough to SBAR
So basically people having no competition and moving on to other games made them drop SBAR.
I would play this game more if people would be willing to accept my challenges but they don't want to >_>

Lol me and Gogeta are the only ones who actually still play SBAR. I've got a video on the way on advanced techniques.
Go here if you want to see what videos I got up so far in terms of techniques and combos.

I still play. I just can't get online on adhoc party until someone shows me how to tunnel a connection with Windows 7.

Re: SBAR Advanced Tactics Topic
Two more questions, does a fast, low recovery neutral R mean anything In this game, and are combo resets too situational to be used effectively? I ask becuase I lost my tournament trying to get off a combo reset.

A neutral R used as a poke ain't really good in SBAR because it leaves you wide open if the opponent blocks. It's better to use a string that has a cancel. Combo resets are good no matter what the fighting game...it just depends on the player. I also wouldn't call it situational. Depends on what kinda reset we're talking about cause there's lotsa diff ways you can go about resetting.

Okay, say I'm Gogeta, and I'm fighting Future Trunks, how should I go about reseting? Does he have any special way of reseting like Bardock?

Ohhh that kinda reset...thought you meant the other kinda reset. No, they took out a shit load of resets from SB...all the kinds as well such as air reset etc. Also, if you're gogeta and fighting future t., there's no need for resets...Just do damaging combos with least hits and double ki cancel for zoning. Bardock is pretty much the only one who could reset like that...unless I'm forgetting someone..I haven't touched this game in months lol. Bardock actually has two ways in doing combo resets. I have some vids of em too.

Just two more things, and then I can sum all this stuff up in my first post, what should I use as a combos starter for Gogeta, <SR or RRRR? And I hear that bound! is in this game, and if it is, is it common, or can certain characters do it?

Lol viewtiful! You have to check out my videos for the last time! I'm tellin ya everything I discovered is covered there.
https://dbcompetitive.forumotion.com/shin-budokai-series-f28/sbar-combos-and-stuff-t41.htm
I have youtube links in there that show all the discoveries I've made so far...such as bound and what not.
https://dbcompetitive.forumotion.com/shin-budokai-series-f28/bardock-s-riot-javelin-reset-and-string-repeats-t211.htm
Check that as well...it's something else I found that's really nifty for Bardock.
Anyway, yeah it's in the game, and, most characters can do it. I showcase the characters who can do it in the above links .
Also, It's good to use <SR as a starter...But, the way I play Gogeta is that I parry a lot with a canceled >S or \/S and then I counter from that. RRRR really has shit priority.

But at any rate, by tommorrow this info will be compiled and summed up in my first post.
