He isnt the best character to use but i thought that he should be up here.
it's a bad thing that his DM's take a while to recover.

The thing I don't like about him is that both of his DM's have horrible recovery after them. He's not terrible but it does set him back quite a bit.

Rocket Tackle is safe if you low juggle the opponent and ensure they get knocked downwards.R is alot more iffy but I havent tasted it completely.RP might be vulnerable to faster projectiles or HS attacks
