Dragon Ball kai Ultimate Butouden

Hello guys

It seems like there is another budokai game on the way. Well it doesen't look good for nowadays graphic standards but gameplay is very promising. First of all it is more of a 2d fighter as there is no sign of the sidestep feature. What is more flying looks like mix of b3 and super dbz(check c18 jumps in the video below).
I still don't know whether we will be able to transform in game as no video has it. The game comes out in February in Japan so we will find out soon. Time for trailler

Have you notice how every db game on hd consoles simply sucks while nds have: db origins 1&2; attack of the sayians; supersonic worriors
All of them are being good or very good. And now db ub will push nds to its limits.

Well Supersonic Warriors I wouldn't call good...but rather fun.

And DBK:UB looks like it has potential. It actually resembles the old Butoden games moreso than Budokai or SDBZ.

EDIT: I saw more vids of this game. Holy shit. I will buy this when it drops in America...if it does.

I am 80% sure it will. Attack of the saiyans did so why not do the same thing with UB. Anyway I am thinking of importing it as language in case of fighting games is not as important as in rpgs.

No, they aren't. However nintendo dsi games are region locked, still don't know how it works in case of new games coming out.

Well, the game is out now in Japan.

Controls figured out so far (Thanks D_Winds on GameFAQs):

Y - light attack
X - heavy attack
B - dodge
A - grab
R - basic ki blast
Blocking is apparently done by pressing nothing when they attack you.
Flight - uptwice (hold it the second time I think)

No idea what L is for. I also don't know if I can power up, although I've seen the CPU kind of "burst into an aura" when I was comboing them, then they glowed >_>.

Edit: Reading other topics, A+B+X+Y is to "burst".
