Its a non-canon alternate universe where everyone is highly incompetent and likely weaker than Kid Goku at the beginning of Dragon Ball

So like, Tien and pals are wtf there already when they should've been dead in earth long ago. Goku also fights all forms of frieza instead of starting from third I think. Also, I don't recall Goku going to planet kanassa to train while going to namek.

ok well technically it was krillin but im not gonna get into the details lol most people say the one against frieza.

Because he was focused on perfecting his SSJ form and ensuring it didnt waste any energy

Just to clarify some of the big plot point changes in Gekigami Freezer were

1] Goku can show up earlier in the saga if you do the training minigames well enough
2] Everyone can survive the Saiyan Saga
3] The aforementioned surviors characters can all have their potential unlocked
4] A few Nameks can survive
5] Piccalo can fuse with Dende and the surviving Namek warriors getting a power boosts that puts him up there with SSJ Goku and able to help signficantly against Frieza
7] In the hidden ending Vegeta can go SSJ for a hidden boss fight even harder than Frieza
8] Gohan can get a maxed out power level of 9.999.999 with the right cards

actually it was 15,000,000. it was 3,000,000 before he transformed and transforming multiplies it by 5.

and to add on to trollcaps comment, he the ussj forms make you too big and bulky thus slowing you down. as we saw when trunks fought cell, and when cell fought gohan.

Only two? Goku killed a lot of people in the Dragon Ball franchise. Two of em are Demon King Piccolo and his own Grandpa Gohan.
