Messing with Future Trunks~

So I second Future Trunks, and Main Goku, for the sake of tiers.

So anyways, I understand <kkk- is his Bnb for canceling.
Would PPPPK work like this?
<KKK- PPPPK (Shining Slash) or (Finish Buster)
One more thing, Once I GB my opponent by transformation
is Trunk's Heavy blow recovery to slow to combo from?

Trunk's P+K, If I hold it at the start will the last hit start charging, or do I have to time it?

You should start using >PPPP<E, it breaks guard completley and is safe if you cancel it.

I agree with that being useful, but if blocked, the opponent has enough to time to hit me before the 3rd hit begins, it's a bit slow. The com never lets the full combo go through.

I found that this works okay.
Trans - GB -D HB, PPPPK -Finish Buster/Shining Slash.

Trunks is more of a defensive character. <KKK- is good for combos, but his PPPP- is a much faster cancel and it's better to use for pressure since <KKK- is pretty slow and is better combo filler. After a Heavy Blow, you really have to attack fast or your combo will get blocked. His <KKK can fit after one and you can link a combo into Shining Slash.

As for his P+K, it charges on the last hit if you hold it. It actually can be comboed after if you do it from behind. The move itself also boasts high priority, and eats through many moves. He even has some nullification frames when he puts the sword away, should you miss the cancel.

I actually made a video tutorial for him not too long ago.

I'm at school so I'll check the video out defiantly when I get the chance to.
So PPPP- should be used for Trunk's approach combo's. At the moment my dear friend is borrowing my infinite world to practice, so I'll ask now.

So to approach and get a combo off, the idea would be,
Trans, GB, D HB, PPPP-, <KKK-,PPPP FB or SS?

it'll take some time for me to get used to only canceling P+K from behind.

PPPP- is a super fast cancel so <KKK- wont fit afterwards. Trunks is a difficult char but IMO a fun one too so keep at it.

Can anything else be combo'ed off after PPPP- or should is just end at that point?
Not gonna double post for something so short. So PPPP- works as an infinite even on ground huh, awesome. Gotta get that quick cancel down then!

PPPP- only chains into another PPPP. You can end it with a DM, though, and it's also an infinite.
