If there should be a burst limit 2 then
-fix all of the characters ki attacks
-tone done arura spark
-allow supers to drain ki
-fix damage scaling (since BL's is ridiculous)
-add tournament mode
-add more depth in the move lists (such as more variation)
-add SSJ4 goku's (form shin budokai) kara cancel kamehameha
-fix online
-do something about the quitters (maybe penalizing?)

and you can fill in the rest

It should only keep its ability to stop time in order to allow us to land impossible combos and decrease fatigue. It should give a ridiculous speed, defense, and attack boost, it shouldn't give you infinite ki, ki blasts (neutral ones) should be smaller.

Fine the way it is and after the 30th hit or so. Dmg scaling becomes 1.
