From what I found using this character,he's great! lol. I'm saying this because of his majin rush (which causes a hit stun) and his technical move majin's awaking which allows majin rush to combo into all of his rush/smash variation strings (i.e;[] [] [] /\ O) in a score of 1to 10 on his supers id put it like this Final Impact 6/10
a little slow but is great for combos

great counter could have more power behind it tho


Ultimate Explosive wave 7/10
massive damage nullifies wild sense and possibly after image strike BUT..... drops the user health to 1

Big Bang Attack 8/10
great combo finisher

Majin's Awaking 9/10
makes Majin Vegeta a semi-natural canceler (semi because it's not natural LOL)

Majin Vegeta's pretty spiffy...though his biggest weakness is that he loses a lot of NCs when he is grounded (which is easily solved, but means opponents WILL try to stay grounded since it throws things off axis if you're airborne).

He has the standard rushdown cancels (step/guard during charges). One of his most important cancels are his CA cancels from kiai. Since he can sig cancel from CA1, he nets a free super if it lands, which is 12k damage altogether. He gets super cancels from heavy and CA Max. Considering he has Explosive Wave, he can deal with auto-vanish pretty well.

Majin Vegeta's signature is VERY good. It is unswayable, and does not activate auto-vanish (I would assume it can't be teleported either). It also guard breaks. With Majin Awakening, you can cancel from a lot of your melee moves into signature. However, it also drains ki nonstop. So at least you're given an incentive to use High Tension (Majin Vegeta's ultimate is useless beyond belief).

Overal, this version of Vegeta is indeed solid. Not top tier, but definitely an upper tier character.

Nice info Az. Do you know if there are any holes in his sig? For example if you are stuck in a block string that gets cancelled into the sig can you escape the guard breaking hit or are you stuck once it starts?

Not entirely sure. But even if you can't escape the guard break, Vegeta recovers VERY slowly afterwards. I'm sure it leaves Vegeta at frame disadvantage on block.

EDIT: Actually, on block, it's punishable by RA.
