Lol my mains change from game to game. Aside from Geese the only time I really used the same mains was Kyo in NGBC and XI. Didn't like him much in 2002 for some reason, lol. Guess I might be able to count Kim in there too somewhere though.

Kyo is probly my other main usually but I think in 2002 his damage output was super weak. I used to play vanilla 02 on my comp but always avoided using him because u had to hit people like a 100 times before they died.

I know. If only I had a 360. Or if they were nice and released it for ps3 also. I chose ps3 cuz I can use official Saturn pads on it, but seems like 360/ps2 got most of the good KOFs. Hopefully that will change now, since they cant release them for PS2 anymore.

Thats awesome about UM02 I didnt know. Arcade games dont have a filesize limit anymore I heard so maybe it will actually have the 3D stages and be fully translated unlike UM98. I was so glad I got the PS2 version after hearing about that.

And come on Wild Ambition wasnt that bad. Its at least fun for a half hour or so lol.

Lol, id have to disagree with having capcom picking up FF though. Aside from the VS series it seems like they really can only make defense based games, and I really can't see any FF game based on turtling.

As for KOF, yeah, I think they've gone a little over the edge with their character designs, but that's not why I play em. Even though Ash looks pretty fruity, it was still fun command grabbing into a few DMs. Although, I'm still not getting rid of any of my older KOF/FF games.

Lol thanks. Yep, I'll play just about any fighter. Even some tekken though that's my WORST game, unless you count Touhou Project.

Depends on your perspective.I dont thinK KOFs tendency to make certain normals virtually invincible a good thing.Like really SHOULD Kyo stuff DPs with JDHP?Thats part of the reason CvsS2 wsasent considered too hot with all the DHP poking

Haha, right you are about it depending on perspective. I see it as a variety of different games that I can have fun matches in, and others see it differently.

Though, for the record, I don't think CvS2 was as good as it could have been. I'd rather play SvC and piss people off with Goenitz, lol.

HAHA, nope. I played at a friends house, and because I really only like Geese and Goenitz, I didn't see a point in buying, aside from Midnight Bliss, which imo still isnt worth buying.

Instead, I bought KOF2K2UM, which has that same Goenitz *nerfed cuz tornados+rolling=/=meter loss*, and possibly the best Geese ever.

Out of all the VS games, the only one I got is MvC2. Was thinking about TvC, but no one I know wants to play.

As for Jam, I just know to spam puffballs, I think its technically called Hyapposhinsho, and Senri Shinsho. Those are all around pretty safe.

I\'m not entirely sure how to use her in #R.

I\'m much more used to everyones Accent core counterparts, since theres new mechanics, such as wallstick, Sol got a new loop (not really, its from Slash), and Eddie got a completely reworked moveset. I can tell you the basics for those characters for that version, but I\'d have to study #R a little more, lol.

Is accent core the one thats like a beat-em-up? I heard it was good after u get use to it. OH and it was Millia Rage I was using on X2. lol had to look her up.

AC is like #R's Continuum Shift. They added new moves, took away properties of others, and tried to balance the game.
