Adult Gohan is a decent fighter. What he lacks in rushdown he makes up for in
defensive capability. Like Teen Gohan, he has alot of quick rushing strings
that are used for interrupting a charging slam attack. But unlike Teen Gohan,
he has longer limbs making his defense better, but more height gives him less
combo resistance. very true to the anime though, peace has made him really
rusty, as some of his attacks are slower.

Getting around his S's counter hit launch thingy is a bit tricky though. When
using it, you should half expect it to counter hit, and be able to follow up
with the other 3 S's, while canceling at the third. For example:

S[counter hit]SSS[cancel it here]

From there you should be able to get in a decent juggle. Don't worry about
getting beat on priority, SSSS- has tons of it. However juggling will only be
effective at point blank range so try to stay there. In case your feeling
pressure up close use >S to gain distance and re-think your strategy.

Adult Gohan's SDS IMO is inferior to Teen Gohan's. It has slower startup, more
hits, and needs to be speed canceled. But it does do more damage and is just
shy of Piccolo's starter range. SDS is also unblockale on charge and has good
priority, making it good rushdown.

His Aura Burst Smash is pretty good as well, it reminds me alot of GT Vegeta's
charging elbow starter. It has the range of Piccolo's SSS starter, and is
unblockable, so it's safe to use as a combo starter. However, don't expect this
to work more than once or twice, any smart player will catch on to what your
doing, and either sidestep or Aura Dash you, so don't spam.

Overall, I'd reccomend either fighting in SSJ or SSJ2, SDS is too good of a
move to not have at your disposal, with SSJ getting bonus points for having
sprit shot. Fighting at Mystic wouldn't hurt either though, it trades SDS for
Higher power and a better ABC, but in the end, it's up to you.

Can he pull off stuff with Ki cancels?I think I remember Gogeta saying something to that effect but I could be wrong

I can check, might take a while though, I still have trouble with anything higher than a tripple ki cancel.
