Yea Cell was requested aswell so i started to hit the sparing with him well here is what i thought.

R = Rush attack
S = Slam attack
> = Towards opponent
< = Away from opponent
/\ = Up on the D-pad
E = Energy Button
- = Cancel
* = Stun
' = Fully charge upcoming move
HS = R2 + S
AS = AuraSpark

Stuns:
SS*
R*

Cancels:
seriously there must be ki cancels since i ain't found other ones. <_<
Combos:
Nevertheless i could make some combos, surprisingly they work better in his base form due to solar flare.

SS*, <SS, HS<E [Combo Reset], <R*, RRRR>E (only works in base form.)
SS*, <SS, HS<E [Combo Reset], AS /\E (only works in his base form.)
SS*, RRRR>E/<E (works with any form/use <E or >E whichever is Kamehameha)
SS*, <SS, HS>E (works with any form)
AS, SS*, <SS, HS<E-/\E (works with any form)

So there ya have it, unless someone finds some cancels quick and i sure as hell tried to look Cell has slim chances of survival. his <R* is useless to combo with (a knee hit stun) which has no range at all whatsoever. R* and SS* is a hit to the ground which stuns, so yea that's all i could figure out atm.

Note: In his second form Cell loses his Kamehameha but instead gets friezas <E as >E this works quite well with all of the combos.
