What does DHS and instant HS mean?

DHS means hitting Down and Heavy Slam to Auradash around the opponent and hit a Heavy Slam from behind.Theoretically you could hit Up and HS too but meh
Instant HS I imagine means doing one off a cancel as quickly as possible with no sidestepping or charging

Actually instant HS is when you plink P+K off of the dash button

Sorry I haven't done anything on this man, I rarely play IW now. My recorder messed up. Once I get a new one I'll be back to playing this game since I only play it now when recording.
