I feel that Goku should be a bit higher on the tiers, he's got transformations at every ki bar, which means 5 free guard breaks to hammer the other guy. His neutral P is also pretty good too, and his overall damage potential is massive.

Vegeta should be top tier easily, he has the damage, a physical death move, a comboable throw, and a set of really good cancels.

true goku should be high mid cause of hes transformation but because of those reason he cant
1.Goku need Breaktrough for all hes transformation and SDF without breaktrough goku is abit uselees
2.got a horrible starter fpkk that anyone can beat
3.hes a bit slow and for offensive character that isnt helping
aside from these Goku is beast !!

You should also consider getting Infinite World, it's alot better than B3, and contrary to popular belief, it's not the same game.

Ive had it but lost it was a good and a major improvement to B3 cause they removed dragonrush , beam strugle etc .. it was a good game and got for beginner cause the cancelling is easy

Kara canceling is also pretty big in IW btw, Broly's kara E+G is brutal.

Goku is EASILY a top tier char...since I DON'T consider custom to be fair and imagining that everyone has BT...Goku Can easily beat anyone that isn't Omega, Cell and MAYBE Piccolo.

Yes, Dragon Fist alone in both B3 and IW give Goku an incredible advantage.

And in IW they made it alot more versatile. And he has his elbow to use as a starter which is the best starter in game packed with priority and great zoning.

after playing for awhile with B3 Goku i could say that B3 goku should be a top tier char even if hes middle if u play him right he could be really unstoppable

Yep Cell is pretty much beast in Budokai 3 just like Infinite World. He has combo abilities that are up there. He's my top favorite character to use in both games. IMO Goku is that go to character for beginning canceling. I prefer Vegeta over Goku anytime.

True My Fave Char in B3 Is Omega shenron i mean he have everything good neutral p 7 ki bars to start with good death moves good cancels and alots of them i mean i dont know why omega shenron is under cell

I believe Cell's neutral P is a bit better then Omega's in B3.

hmm yeah just by a slight bit i dont why broly is so low he not as slow as they trough and can dish out damage quickly hes only flaw is his size

Broly is a lot faster in his IW counterpart

yea in IW hes good BTW pk infinite

and piccolo is so overated i dont understand i know hes great in zoning/Poking but he dosent have much combos and dabura i believe is better than him in Zoning
