How to turn a DBZ GBA game in to a pc mmorpg ?

well i know this has to be very complicated but i would like to turn
Dragonball Z legacy of Goku 1+2 and Buus Fury into a pc mmo game like it
has been done with other gba games such as pokemon. can anyone tell me
how to do this or tell me where their are instructions to do this or
even if you would like to help me with this project.
