Uber Goku[Please Read]
Going along with Balanced Piccolo there is another fighter that deserves to be
changed. This is attempt at an UBER GOKU. Again input is appreciated.
Pros
+Massive IW-style Baseline, you start each fight with 5 ki bars
+Super Strong deatmoves
+Better Rushdown Because of Ki advantage
+Transformation at Baseline=Free Juggle
+Gets off 2000+ Damage really fast
Cons
-No Ultimates
-Still Stuck with the same crappy starters
-Lower Damage Because of No Ultimates
-SSJ4 Goku is bad with no Ultimates or useable Kamehameha
To play Uber Goku, you need to follow a few Rules
1.Always start as Base Goku, no exeptions
2.Equip Booster Cards so that yoour at 43 ki and 53 Special attack
3.No Ultimates

Just a few booster cards multiplies Goku's strengths tenfold. Starting the fight
with 5 ki bars gives you a transormaion at baseline, which means a free guard
break and juggle. Suped up deatmoves gives little combos comparitively larger
damage, which is an advantage in this game. You'll never worry about being short
on Ki, meaning you can freely rushdown with SDF.
SDF, a move that was already good is made better by Uber Goku. You'll want to
use it in the same way as before, exept now you can apply a few more tricks to
it. Charging SDF up close will give the opponent 3 options: Block, run away,
or attack. Blocking puts them in a slight disadvantage to you, so aura burst
smash them. Free combo. They run away, so you charge ki. They attack, it's
soaked up by yoour super armor, aura burst rush. Another Free combo. Overall
this attack is more versatile because of the fact that you have more ki to
burn than normal.
For rushdown, you'll obviously want to use SDF, because even with all this ki,
your rushdown is still shit. In the off chance you are at a ki disadvantage,
cancel into yor throw with <RRRS, >RSS is also a choice, but it's slower and thus
more unsafe than <RRRS.
All of Goku's old parlor tricks still work, poking with >S, nullifying with >S,
Aura bursting SDF etc. All of them still have use for uber Goku, so use em.
For combos, you'll want to use ones that build Ki. This was thought impossible
before, but ironically, Goku's Ki building ain't too shabby. Juggling with
RRRRE several times builds more ki than it uses, so it's great juggle filler.
When juggling with Uber Goku, I like to think of Tekken, so I use SE as a
"launcher". I then think of the rhythm of juggles in tekken, so I use RRRRE
accordingly. Other "Launchers" are <S<RE and >RSS-, >RSSEEE-.
Overall, playing with Uber Goku gives you the true Goku experience. You get
a sense of power, while still knowing that you have flaws, and that your not
the best guy around.

Looks alright, except not fun tbh because of no cool chains! I'd like them to change his fighting style to something more unique.

Thanks, although I have to disagree, his juggles are hella fun. It's just that his other stuff is meh.

Well Goku is definitely viable with those rules but I have to admit, the idea of using cards to boost stats never sat well with me for actual play. If I wanted to use a good Goku I'd always play IW, SBAR is when I feel like using Trunks instead.
Again good effort, but without his rushing elbow slam starter or a functional >PKK(IW)/>RSS(SBAR), Goku just feels too boring. SDF doesn't really help the matter for me either.

Boring? Maybe. Effective? Hell Yes. Cheating? You decide.
But in all seriousness, a transformation at baseline is something no one else in the game has. This alone makes Uber goku just that, Uber. He starts the match with an advantage to everyone, and he's fairly good at keeping it against everyone but piccolo.

Goku is really boring LOL. His moves have gotten too stale and he needs a movelist overhaul of some sort.
